This bathroom renovation has updated the home by using rich, dark colors. We have designed the vanity with a Chocolate Pear 3” shaker style door, and a solid surface countertop. The sleek design of the faucet and seamless solid surface sink finish this vanity with elegance.
In order to achieve an open concept design, the wall separating the dining room from the kitchen had to be removed. This created a long and open space and gave us room to add a large, functional island with an attached table and a raised bar seating.
Compare the photos to see how open the new design has made this kitchen. By removing the stove wall and opening it to the dining room, it has allowed us to run the cabinets down the wall and gain a large amount of storage space.
For this renovation the homeowner began by removing the wall that divided the kitchen from the dining room. This opened the space, allowing room for a new island and a casual dining area. The sleek look of this kitchen was enhanced by grouping the fridge with the pantries at the end of the room, bringing focus to the window. The raised glass countertop and glass hood seem to fade away to keep the look of the space open and clean.
This extensive renovation includes the removal of the wall to the left of the sink, opening the kitchen up into the dining room. With this added square footage, we were able to add in (2) pantry cabinets which include roll out shelves, an oven/microwave cabinet and an island that has an extra prep sink. This fresh new design includes rich rosewood stained, Cherry wood doors. The Volga Blue exotic granite countertops finish this space and add a timeless beauty the homeowner will enjoy for the years to come.
